Terms of Use
Terms of Use
Effective date: October 1, 2026
Welcome to Sasquatchee. These terms explain the rules for using sasquatchee.com, both as a visitor and as a vendor. Sasquatchee is operated by ITPCPLUS, based in Medford, Oregon, USA ("we", "us"). By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. Accounts
You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to register as a vendor or create an account. Give us accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us right away by emailing Sasquatchee if you think someone else has used it.
2. Vendor listings and review
Every vendor registration is reviewed by a person before it goes live. We may approve, decline, or ask for changes at our discretion. After approval, some edits (Location and Product Type) update right away, while changes to your name, bio, links and images are reviewed first. Every product is reviewed before it appears. Approval does not mean we endorse you or your goods.
3. Content rules
You are responsible for what you post. Your content must be accurate, lawful, and yours to share. Do not post anything that is misleading, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or that invades someone's privacy. Do not spam, impersonate others, or try to get around our review. We may edit, hide or remove content that breaks these rules.
4. Prohibited items
You may not list or sell:
- Counterfeit goods or items that copy someone else's trademark, art or design without permission.
- Weapons, ammunition, explosives, drugs, or drug paraphernalia.
- Real animal parts or wildlife products where the law restricts them, and human remains.
- Recalled, unsafe or hazardous products.
- Stolen goods, or anything illegal where you or the buyer are located.
- Items claiming to be genuine physical evidence of a cryptid sold as fact rather than as novelty or art.
5. Fees and plans
Listing as a vendor is free. The free Footprint plan for vendors and the free Campfire plan for event organizers cost nothing and need no card.
Plans and prices are listed on our pricing page. Current plans, in US dollars:
- Footprint: free
- Trailblazer: $10/mo or $100/yr
- Campfire: free
- Ranger: $45/mo or $450/yr
- Warden: $80/mo or $800/yr
Paid plans are sold as one-time payments for now and do not renew automatically.
Prices and plan features may change before paid plans open. We will not charge you for anything without first showing you the price and getting your agreement. If automatic renewal is added later, we will tell you before it applies to you. We may also offer additional paid services, with prices shown at the time of purchase.
Sasquatchee serves vendors, organizers and events in the United States and Canada. Questions about fees or plans? Email Sasquatchee.
6. Payments and payouts
Online payments on the site are processed by third-party payment providers, Stripe and WooPayments. Card payments are not currently enabled, so the site does not take card payments at this time. When card payments are enabled, your payment is handled by the provider under its own terms and privacy policy, and we do not store your full card details.
We do not yet offer recurring subscriptions. Until we do, any paid plan is sold as a one-time payment and does not renew automatically.
Event organizers who accept payments through the site must complete identity verification with Stripe before they can receive funds. A person reviews every new listing before it goes live.
You may not ask for or accept payment by Venmo, Zelle or any other off-site method after an application or booking made through the site. Doing so may lead to removal of your listing or account.
Automatic payouts are not yet offered. We will update these terms before automatic payouts or recurring billing are introduced.
7. Refunds
Each vendor sets its own shipping, return and refund policy and must show it clearly. Buyers should contact the vendor first. Refund requests for vendor plan fees paid to Sasquatchee are reviewed case by case; email Sasquatchee. Free vendor plans have nothing to refund.
8. Intellectual property
The Sasquatchee name, logo and site design belong to ITPCPLUS. You keep ownership of the content you post. By posting it, you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, copy and share it on the site and in promoting the site, for as long as it is posted and a reasonable time after. If you believe something on the site infringes your rights, email Sasquatchee with details and we will look into it.
9. Disclaimers
The site is provided "as is" and "as available". Vendors are independent businesses, not our employees or agents. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, legality or delivery of any vendor's goods or services, or the accuracy of event details. Cryptid encounter stories are shared for entertainment and are not verified.
10. Limits of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, arising from your use of the site or any dealings with vendors or other users. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or $250. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.
11. Termination
You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or remove an account or listing that breaks these terms, puts others at risk, or harms the site. Sections that by their nature should continue (such as intellectual property, disclaimers and limits of liability) survive termination.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled in the courts located in Jackson County, Oregon, unless the law where you live gives you a different right.
13. Changes
We may update these terms as the site grows. We will post the new version here with a new effective date, and for material changes we will try to notify vendors by email. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
