Signing up

How do I join as a vendor?

Fill in the short form at /registration/. It takes a few minutes, and it is free.

What do I need to register?

Your shop or business name, your name, your email, your Location, your Vendor Type, at least one Product Type, a short bio (300 characters max), and agreement to our Terms. A website link, a social link, a logo and an image are optional.

What Vendor Types can I choose?

Event Host, Vendor, or Other. Pick the one that fits you best.

What image files can I upload?

JPG, PNG or WebP, up to 2 MB each, for your logo and one image.

What happens after I register?

A real person reviews every registration. Once you are approved, we email you a link to set your password and open your vendor dashboard at /dashboard/.

How long does review take?

Usually within 24 hours. We are a small team, so thank you for your patience.

Pricing and tiers

Is it free to join?

Yes. Our Footprint vendor tier is planned to stay free forever, with no card needed. Event organizers can also join free with our Campfire tier.

What paid plans are there?

Trailblazer, at $10 a month or $100 a year, is available now. Founding Vendors lock in $5 a month or $50 a year. See our pricing page.

What about event organizers?

Organizer tiers are Campfire (free), Ranger ($45 a month or $450 a year) and Warden ($80 a month or $800 a year).

How much does each plan cost?

Footprint (vendors): free. Trailblazer (vendors): $10 a month or $100 a year. Founding Vendor rate: $5 a month or $50 a year. Campfire (organizers): free. Ranger (organizers): $45 a month or $450 a year. Warden (organizers): $80 a month or $800 a year. Full details are on our pricing page.

Is Trailblazer available now?

Yes. You can choose Trailblazer today on our pricing page.

Is there a free plan for event organizers?

Yes. Campfire is free for event organizers, with no card needed.

Can I pay for anything on the site today?

Yes. Paid plans are live now, and you pay through the site checkout. Plans are one-time purchases for now and do not renew automatically.

Founding Vendor offer

What is a Founding Vendor?

One of the first 1,000 vendors with an approved, complete listing. It is our thank-you for joining early.

What do Founding Vendors get?

A permanent Founding Vendor badge while your listing stays active, 90 days of free Featured placement in the vendor directory, and a locked founder rate of $5 a month or $50 a year.

When do the 90-day featured days start?

The 90 days of Featured placement for Trailblazer and Founding Vendors begin on our launch date, once at least 100 vendors have subscribed. Everyone who joins before then gets the full 90 days from that date, so joining early never costs you featured time.

Does Featured mean I am always at the top?

No. Featured spots rotate fairly so every Founding Vendor gets turns. It is not a guaranteed top spot.

Can I claim it for more than one shop, or pass it on?

No. It is one per business and it is not transferable.

If I do not upgrade, do I lose my free listing?

No. The free tier stays free. Founding perks are a bonus on top.

Using the directory and filters

Where is the vendor directory?

At /vendors/. Anyone can browse it, no login needed.

How do the filters work?

Choose a Product Type, a Location, a Vendor Type, or type in the search box. Pick any combination and press Filter.

What if I do not care about one filter?

Leave it on "Any" and it will be ignored.

Which places does the directory cover?

Vendors across the United States and Canada.

Can I find cryptid events too?

Yes. Our events page lists cryptid festivals, markets and meetups with a map.

Listing requirements

What makes a listing complete?

A bio, at least one Product Type and a Location, along with the other required fields on the form.

Can I edit my listing after it goes live?

Yes, from your dashboard. Location and Product Type changes show up right away. Changes to your name, bio, links and images wait for a quick review.

Are products reviewed too?

Yes. Every product you add is reviewed before it appears in the marketplace.

What can I not list?

Counterfeits, stolen designs, unsafe goods and anything illegal. See Trust and Safety and our Terms for the full list.

Do links have to be secure?

Yes. Website and social links must start with https.
